Quarterly report...

Well, this first quarter of having my own practice has been a busy one. I'd like to take this time to thank all of my wonderful family, friends and clients that have helped to make my business thrive. The range of issues that have come through the door have been endless, and it never ceases to amaze me how changes to the way our body moves can have such an impact on how we live our life. Along with strains and pains have been some very rewarding achievements to improve performance and function. My personal favourites so far though have been the string of PB's that came for a runner trying massage for the first time, and the great benefits observed from of a rehab programme that was followed post injury by a person determined to get back on their feet and moving as quickly as possible. Goal achieved! Small things but with a positive emotional punch. Thank you everyone!
