PILATES CLASSES
What is Pilates?
Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s, this world-renowned movement system focuses on building a strong, balanced foundation for the entire body. Through the core principles of breath, centring, flow, precision, and control, Pilates encourages the body to move as one integrated system.
The Benefits of Practice
By prioritizing coordination and body awareness, Pilates helps you manage the physical demands of modern life.
Regular practice offers:
-
Enhanced Strength & Mobility: Improved functional movement and core stability.
-
Structural Balance: Better posture and restored physical alignment.
-
Total Wellbeing: A fitter, more energised body and improved mental clarity.
"In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference. In 20 sessions you’ll see the difference. In 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body." — Joseph Pilates

I am a highly qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, passionate about helping people reach their full, vibrant potential through movement.
With many years of experience, I bring professionalism, warmth and a strong working knowledge of studio procedures, equipment and health and safety standards. Although I have been working in the health and fitness industry for many years, I remain committed to continuing my professional development. I regularly undertake further study to keep my skills fresh, current and engaging.
After many years teaching in London, I relocated to Norfolk in 2020. I am now building a thriving client base locally, offering classes and treatments in and around Lessingham. I continue to work online with my London clients, delivering sessions via FaceTime.
I am delighted to offer group classes, one-to-one personal training, sports massage therapy, and running coaching to the local community.
Outside of work, I am a keen runner and previously competed in cross country with Queens Park Harriers. I am also a member of the Vikings Swimming Club. When I’m not training or teaching, I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, films, music, dancing and long walks with my husband and our dogs, Georgie and Luka.
