Service Description

Reiki with Sound Mixing a chakra balancing Reiki treatment with the beautiful frequencies and sounds. This treatment would include a Himalayan singing bowl energy assessment while using gentle 528Hz music during the session.  Together we will build an intention to guide the healing in the session to clear and reenergise your mind, body and soul.  This is a hands off energy healing session that will benefit anyone with stress, anxiety or needing a release of tension.  ​ Reiki (pronounced ‘Ray-Key’) translated means ‘universal life energy. It is a Japanese energy balancing method. Reiki is used for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing by restoring calm and balance to the mind and body, allowing greater access to the body's own marvellous healing abilities. In your first session we will complete a consultation form before your treatment begins to ensure the session is tailored to your needs.
