Sound, Body, Mind

A personal journey of grounding, guided through meditation, sound vibration and subtle energy work. Waves of sound, energy and voice will move through the body dissolving tension, quieting the mind and gently guide you back into your natural rhythm.  

What to expect

Healing sounds are woven around you using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums and voice.  Supporting deep nervous system release and energetic alignment while inviting balance and inner stillness.

Sound Practitioner

I’m a sound practitioner whose journey into this work began during a challenging period in my life. Living with ADHD, I often found myself overwhelmed and searching for ways to slow down and feel grounded. It was during that rough patch that I discovered the transformative power of sound—how it can soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently guide us back to ourselves.  What started as a personal healing tool soon became a calling.

For just over a year now, I’ve been facilitating sound baths, creating calm and restorative spaces for others to pause, release, and reconnect. I offer both private 1:1 sessions and small group experiences, allowing for a more personal and supportive environment tailored to individual needs. My work is rooted in lived experience, empathy, and a deep understanding that healing doesn’t have to be linear—just supported.
