Instruments may include:  * Himalayan singing bowls trigger a relaxation response * Weighted tuning forks focus the healing vibrations directly into areas of the body while unweighted forks can be used to bring harmony into the energy field surrounding the body * Hand-held frame drum can provide grounding and a primitive connection to the heartbeat of Self and Mother Earth * Small gong for clearing stuck energy In your first session we will complete a consultation form before your treatment begins to ensure the session is tailored to your needs.
