On Track Therapy helps people improve their health and wellbeing, through focusing our expertise on their plan and injuries - sport related or otherwise. Our goal is to provide services that can aid your recovery, whether that's sports massage, physiotherapy or other services like sports taping. We offer appointments at Milestone Therapy Centre, or we can come to you for an additional fee.
