Holistic Therapy treatment options:

Scalp massage - gentle massage of the scalp, neck and shoulders

Swedish body massage therapy is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage. This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increasing blood circulation.

Aromatherapy massage is the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves and impacts on the emotional centre of the brain.

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet or hands, aiming to bring about a state of relaxation to help the body's own healing process. Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture

Facial Rejuvenation Acupressure massage is a blend of facial reflexology, Ayurveda massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage techniques. The techniques used are more varied than a traditional western facial, with deeper pressure applied to restore muscle memory. Massage is performed using a range of these techniques to eliminate toxins, to stimulate oxygenation of the skin to brighten and tone the face, to retrain muscle memory and to give the face an uplifted look.

Benefits of Facial Rejuvenation Acupressure massage:

Increased flexibility of facial muscles.

Cheekbones and jaw line more defined.

Improved muscle tone

Reduction of stress and tension

Relief from tension headaches Relief from sinus problems Improved complexion

Promotes a feeling of Relaxation Reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.
