Tibetan medicine is a complete medical system and one of the oldest surviving forms of medicine and seeks to keep a balance between the three principal energies of the body: Loong or mobility, MKhris-pa or heat, and Bad-Kan or digestion and body fluids.
Tibetan medicine and healing work may be able to help by offering advice on diet, the use of herbs, acupressure, exercises and guided meditation in order to help your body to heal.
Along with physical healing the heart and mind often heal too, with the relationship between all three - the body, heart and mind - being continually intertwined and interdependent.
